Method:
1. Pour boiling water in tea leave, soak and strain it. Set it aside.
2. Marinade chicken steak with marinade ingredients with tea for about 30 minutes.
3. Heat up 2 tbsp of cooking oil, put in chicken steak and let it simmer over medium heat. Keep turning constantly during pan-fried. Lastly pour in the marinated sauce until slightly chicken.
4. Dish up and cut into slices. Pour the sauce over meat and ready to serve.
