Fried Chicken Steak with Montéa "Ti Kuan Yin" Tea

Ingredients:

  • 2 pieces of chicken steak
  • 6g Montéa “Ti Kuan Yin” tea leaves
  • 200ml boiling water

Seasoning:

  • 1 tsp oyster sauce
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 4 tbsp sugar

Method:

1. Pour boiling water in tea leave, soak and strain it. Set it aside.

2. Marinade chicken steak with marinade ingredients with tea for about 30 minutes.

3. Heat up 2 tbsp of cooking oil, put in chicken steak and let it simmer over medium heat. Keep turning constantly during pan-fried. Lastly pour in the marinated sauce until slightly chicken.
 
4. Dish up and cut into slices. Pour the sauce over meat and ready to serve.

 

材料:

  • 2块 鸡扒
  • 6克 萌帝牌铁观音茶叶
  • 200毫升 沸水

调味料:

  • 1 大匙 蚝油
  • 2 大匙 生抽
  • 4 大匙 糖

做法:

1. 把茶叶冲入沸水浸泡成茶汁过滤待用。

2. 把鸡扒放在盘中加入腌料和茶汁拌匀腌约30分钟。

3. 烧热2大匙油,放入鸡扒以慢火煎至干香。干煎过程中不时把鸡扒翻煎,最后把腌汁倒入煮至浓稠。
 
4. 把鸡扒取出切片淋上剩余的汁。即可享用。
