Fried Rice with Montéa "Lung Ching" Tea​

萌蒂龙井虾仁炒饭

Ingredients:

  • 100g shrimp
  • 2 eggs
  • 500g rice
  • 60g soaked Montéa “Lung Ching” tea leaves

Seasoning:

  • ½ pepper
  • ½ tbsp soy sauce

Method:

1. Heat up 2 tbsp oil, put in eggs and shrimp and sauce until fragrant.

2. Add in the rest of ingredients with seasoning and stir-fry until fragrant, dish up and serve.

 

材料:

  • 100克 虾仁
  • 2粒 鸡蛋
  • 500克 冷饭
  • 60克 已泡过萌帝牌龙井茶叶
 

调味料:

  • ½ 小匙 胡椒粉
  • ½ 大匙 生抽

做法:

1. 烧热2大匙油加入鸡蛋和虾仁煎香。

2. 加入其余材料和调味料炒至香浓即可盛起。
