Method:
1. Pour boiling water in tea leave, soak and strain it. Set it aside.
2. Wash prawns and discard stomach. Pour some tea liquid and let it marinade for about 15minutes. Drain it and arrage prawns in a steaming plate.
3. Mix all the ingrediants with seasoning and 3 tbsp of tea liquids and pour it over prawns. Steam at preheated steamer for 4-5 minutes over high heat, remove and serve.
