Steamed Prawns with Montéa "Oolong" Tea

萌蒂乌龙蒸明虾

Ingredients:

  • 200g fresh prawns
  • 2 eggs white
  • ½ tsp corn flour
  • 5g Montéa “Oolong” tea leaves
  • 100ml hot water

Seasoning:

  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tbsp pepper
  • ½ tsp sugar
  • 1 tbsp shallot oil

Method:

1. Pour boiling water in tea leave, soak and strain it. Set it aside.

2. Wash prawns and discard stomach. Pour some tea liquid and let it marinade for about 15minutes. Drain it and arrage prawns in a steaming plate.

3. Mix all the ingrediants with seasoning and 3 tbsp of tea liquids and pour it over prawns. Steam at preheated steamer for 4-5 minutes over high heat, remove and serve.
 
 

 

材料:

  • 200克 明虾 / 中虾
  • 2粒 蛋白
  • ½ 小匙 粟粉
  • 5克 萌帝牌乌龙茶叶
  • 100毫升 沸水

调味料:

  • ½ 小匙 盐
  • ½ 小匙 胡椒粉
  • ½ 小匙 糖
  • 1 大匙 葱油

做法:

1. 把茶叶冲入沸水浸泡成茶叶待用。

2. 把虾洗净在虾背割开除去虾泥,倒入适量茶汁浸泡15分钟取出滤干待用。

3. 把虾排在盘上将其余材料加入调味料拌均匀后倒在虾中。置入预热蒸笼4-5分钟即可。
